【Origin Traceability】
💎Select the century-old spring materials from Menghai core tea area in Yunnan. The high temperature and high humidity climate and unique microbial community here create a golden environment for the fermentation of cooked tea. In 2016, the raw materials were soaked in Menghai mountain spring, and the astringency faded in the traditional large pile fermentation. After four years of dry warehouse aging, the tea soup is as warm as jade, and the soup color is golden and crystal, like the light of condensed lava.

【Technology Essence】
💎Secret composting process: 75 days of precise temperature and humidity control fermentation, retaining active enzymes and pectin, laying the foundation for the thick and smooth "golden soup base";
💎Time condensation: After fermentation in 2016, the bulk materials were aged for four years, and after the heat subsided in 2020, the stone mill pressed the cakes. The cake surface is moderately tight and breathable;
💎Sunlight carving: After being pressed with bamboo strips, it is left on the ground for seven days, and the ultraviolet rays from the plateau are used to carve out the purity of the tea fragrance. The cotton paper packaging reserves natural breathable pores.
